Strengthening Partnerships and Preparing for Business in Palau

During our recent visit to Palau, we had the honor of meeting with the President of Palau and the Governor of Koror State. These discussions reaffirmed the strong relationship between Japan and Palau and provided an opportunity to share our vision for future projects. The leaders expressed keen interest in how innovative healthcare and digital solutions could bring long-term benefits to the people of Palau.

In addition to these high-level meetings, we have been actively working with the Financial Institutions Bureau (FIB) of Palau to obtain the necessary business license. This step is critical to ensuring that our activities in Palau are fully aligned with national regulations and international standards. Securing this license will allow us to establish operations on a solid legal foundation and build credibility with both local authorities and international partners.

We also consulted one of Palau’s most respected lawyers, who provided invaluable advice on corporate establishment and governance. These insights are helping us structure our entity in a way that ensures compliance while also creating flexibility for growth. The guidance we received underscores the importance of building strong institutional frameworks that can support sustainable and transparent business operations.
